Recipe: Fruits and Vegetables Salad
Featuring Okra
If you want to lose some weight, try this salad recipe for few days and you will be amazed with the fantastic result.

Ingredients:
1 cup Boiled Okra. cut into three
1 cup Lettuce, cut diagonally
half a cup of Grapes, cut in halves if they are big
half a cup of cherry Tomatoes, cut in halves
handful of Watercress
half a Lemon squeezed
1 Tbsp Salad Cream (Optional)

Procedures:
Boil the Okra half cooked through and cut into 2-3 and mix the ingredients altogether in a food container, keep it in the fridge. When you are ready to eat, squeeze half a Lemon and add in a pinch of Salt.
Make a couple of hard-boiled eggs to match with the mix fruits and vegetables and enjoy.

Apart from the fruits and other vegetables in this salad, Okra plays a great importance in losing weight. Okra is a nutritious food with many health benefits. It's rich in Magnesium, folate, fiver, antioxidants, and vitamin C, K1, and A. It's good in controlling blood sugar and with anticancer properties.
