If you are looking to control your fermentation temperatures and don't have the money or space for bulky freezers, & fermenation cabinets. You need to take a look at the Anvil fermentor cooling system. It is available for carboy's and the Anvil bucket fermentors. It comes in 2 sizes for the Anvil bucket fermenters, The 4 gallon and the 7.5 gallon. The only other thing you need is a reservoir for your chilling liquid and a 120V outlet.

I discuss several ways of using the system in this video, but there are may more ways you can create a reservoir for your cooling liquid. Aside from what I show you can freeze and alternate bottles of water, use picnic ice packs, or any other cooling medium.
