It's truly the end of an era - The Bankstown Line is SHUT. For the next 12 months, the line between Sydenham and Bankstown will be converted to Sydney Metro services, with a brand new train line known as the T6 Lidcombe & Bankstown Shuttle Line will begin operation between Bankstown and Lidcombe in a few weeks time, stay tuned for my full summary of that line once it opens in a few weeks! :)
