Gracias por acompañarme, el dibujo de hoy, "Mandala", con el colorear trato de relajarme, al estar coloreando al mismo momento sigo y observo los patrones de pensamientos que tengo al momento y ejercito mi mente, al sacarla del pasado o futuro para poder traerla al presente, al momento donde el marcador esta dejando su tinta, no hay nada más que este momento, observo mi respiración y esta me trae a mi cuerpo lo uso de ⚓️ ancla, para poder estar en presencia.
