Fermented Mustard
Items needed for this project
1. 1/2 Gallon Mason Jar (wide Mouth)
1. Wide Mouth Fermentology Brand Lid
1. Fermentology Brand Airlock
1. Fermentology brand wide mouth glass weight
Ingredients
3 cups cold filtered water. *
1 Tablespoon Fine Himalayan Pink Salt*
3/4 Cup Organic Yellow Mustard seed
3/4 Cup Organic Brown/Black Mustard seed
1/4 Cup Organic Yellow Mustard seed Powder
Optional Ingredients
*(you can use 3 cups brine from a previous ferment and eliminate the
water & salt)
4 or more cloves of Organic Garlic
1/4 of Organic carrot
2 to 3 inch piece of OrganicTurmeric
2 or more Chilies ie Ghost, Habanero
1 cup of Pineapple
1 small Organic Onion
