In Curry’s rookie season we saw flashes of the future with this pull up 3 against the Wizards. But in his first game in the league we saw a very different approach. Here instead of pull up for 3 Steph opts for a mid range jump shot. He would go to this shot a lot early as here its again a screen to free up some space for another open middy. In his first game he looked more comfortable taking the mid range shot as he likely didn’t trust his ability to finish in the paint against stronger defenders. But he would tirelessly work to become a better finisher over the course of his career as by the time 2015 rolled around he was making finishes like this...
