△Salt………………………………1/2 teaspoon
△Kimchi koji……………………2 tablespoons

Chinese cabbage kimchi (easy to make amount)
△Chinese cabbage……………………1/4 cut
△Salt………………………………1 teaspoon
△Kimchi koji………………4 tablespoons

Oi kimchi (easy to make amount)
△Cucumber……………………1 piece
△Salt………………………………1/2 teaspoon
△Kimchi koji…………………………2 tablespoons

①Cut the vegetables into appropriate sizes
② Add salt to each
③Leave it as is for 1 hour
④After 1 hour, squeeze out the moisture from the vegetables thoroughly by hand and transfer to another container.
⑤ Finish by mixing with kimchi koji
