If you need to reduce the amount of carbohydrates, you can use carbohydrate-free allulose syrups*

Recipe one:
✔️70 g oat flakes
✔️1 tablespoon whole flax seeds
✔️60 g peanut paste
✔️2 tablespoons maple syrup/Jerusalem syrup*
✔️2 tablespoons of water
✔️1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Total quantity per 100 grams without filling:
Calories - 361.53 kcal.
Protein - 12.97g.
Fat - 17.85 g.
Carbohydrate - 40.30 g.

Recipe two:
✔️100 g coconut flour,
✔️60 ml melted coconut oil,
✔️70 ml maple syrup or Jerusalem artichoke syrup* (or other),
✔️Lemon peel + juice,
✔️50g dark chocolate

Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 426.39 kcal.
Protein - 10.03 g.
Fat - 31.20 g.
Carbohydrate - 27.27 g.
