Dave spent fourteen and a half weeks in our West End hospice, and now receives support from our Care at Home team. Here he talks about what it means to be at home for Christmas.

On any one day, Mountbatten supports around 1,000 people who are facing death, dying and bereavement, with the largest part of our work taking place in people’s homes.
