Each year students in Carlisle School's first grade host an Invention Convention following their study of inventors. The students are challenged to create a prototype for an invention that would solve a problem in their life. Usually, the students present their projects to peers in K-5th grade, teachers, and parents at a trade-show style event, but this year our convention was conducted virtually.
