Celebrating International Women in Engineering Day with Juniper Networks and Aston Martin.

This week, we hosted a panel discussion at the AMRTC, profiling some of the best, brightest and bravest women in engineering and exploring challenges many of us face in the workplace such as managing work-life balance. Our panel aimed to spotlight how we can all help facilitate an inclusive, supportive work environment and strive for a healthy work-life balance.

We were joined by speakers from the Women's Engineering Society, FMB Oxford, The Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers, Aston Martin and Juniper Networks, who presented to an audience of guests including engineering students from Universities and Colleges across the country and beyond via video link.
