In this video we have discussed the Initiation part of DNA replication in Prokaryotes where the enzymes and proteins attach to the DAR sequence and initiate the process of unwinding . The unwinding is done by Dna A protein and then other proteins accompany the initiation process.
The Proteins involved in process are :
Dna A protein : ADP and ATP Bound.
Dna B : The Helicase enzyme which breaks the Hydrogen bonds.
Dna C : Helicase Loader.
Dna G : Primase enzyme.
