Every morning, students at Findley Elementary in Des Moines, Iowa participate in the "Morning Meeting," where they gather in the gym and receive inspiration and encouragement from their teachers and school staff. Morning Meeting ends with each grade level's College Cheer - the year they'll graduate from a four-year postsecondary program.

(And yes, we know and celebrate that not every student will choose a four-year path...it's simply easier math!)
