HOW TO COOK AN OCTOPUS.
Weigh the octopus to find out how long it takes.
Hold the octopus with a fork and immerse in a pot of boiling water.
Take the octopus out of the water completely and submerge again.
Repeat 3 times.
Add 2 bay leaves.
The cooking time starts counting from the moment the water boils.
After the time has elapsed, turn off the heat and leave the octopus in the water for 10 minutes.

1.5 kg octopus - 20 minutes of cooking + 10 minutes of rest.
2 kg octopus - 25 minutes of cooking + 10 minutes of rest.
2.5 kg octopus - 30 minutes of cooking + 10 minutes of rest.
3 kg octopus - 35 minutes of cooking + 10 minutes of rest.
