Recipes:

Creamy beef & shells-
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb ground beef
Chopped onions (I use onion powder)
Minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
6 cups beef broth
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
4 cups shredded white cheddar
16 oz large shells
1 cup heavy cream
Parsley

Directions-
Heat Olive Oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add Ground Beef (1 lb) and cook for about 3 minutes
Add Onion or onion powder and continue to cook, stirring frequently until soft, about 3 minutes.
Stir in Garlic and Italian Seasoning.
Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Whisk in Beef Broth and Tomato Sauce. Bring to a boil.
Stir in Pasta Shells. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly for 10-12 minutes
Remove from heat. Stir in Heavy Cream
Season with Salt (to taste) and Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
Stir in Shredded White Cheddar Cheese until melted, about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley (to taste) , if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Chicken pot pie-
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast
2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 10.5 oz can cream of potato soup
12 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
15 oz can diced potatoes
Pillsbury flakey layer biscuits

Directions-
Line a crockpot with nonstick spray, add the chicken, and season. 
Add the soup, veggies, and the rest of the spices into the crockpot and give it all a good stir.
Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours, or on low for 6 to 8 hours, until chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
20 minutes before you are ready to serve, bake the biscuits in the oven.
Shred the chicken and stir to combine with the veggies and gravy. Serve topped with a biscuit, or split the biscuit in two and top with the pot pie filling!
