We are back in Lima, Peru! Seeing that we were in the culinary capital of South America, we wanted to have a couple of fun culinary experiences while visiting Lima. Our first experience was a private Peruvian cooking class that took place on a rooftop kitchen in Miraflores. Claire put her cooking skills to the test, as she learned how to make the national drink of Peru, followed by four classic Peruvian dishes.
