THE LEE LIPSENTHAL LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT HEART AWARD

The Lee Lipsenthal Lifetime Achievement Heart Award honors and celebrates the life and work of Dr. Lee Lipsenthal, MD (1957-2011). An internationally recognized leader, teacher and author, Dr. Lipsenthal was not only a pioneer in the field of integrative medicine and physician wellness but uniquely embodied the core values the AIHM was founded on which have united each of our professions: Interprofessionalism, Equity & Love. Pray with Love, Nurture with Soul, Harvest with Heart – demonstrates how he led and served with grace and love in his life, in his work for the movement of integrative medicine, in teaching, and in the loving care of his patients. The Lee Lipsenthal Lifetime Achievement Award has consistently demonstrated these qualities throughout their career.
