How to make delicious Shrimp Dumpling “Har Gow”

✔️Filling
▪️Shrimps 300g
▪️Salt 1/4 tsp and pinch of salt
▪️Sugar 1 tsp
▪️Pinch of pepper
▪️1 tsp sesame oil
▪️1 tsp cooking oil

▪️Wheat starch 1 cup 125g
▪️Tapioca starch 1/4 cup 30g
▪️Boiling water 150ml
