Former PBOC advisor David Daokui Li says the Chinese government has the ability to raise spending significantly to stimulate the economy. His comments come after the Chinese Finance Ministry pledged to borrow more to support growth. Li discusses China's economy with Yvonne Man and David Ingles on "Bloomberg: The China Show."
