The variety of Grove member models has been increased.
The Ballas after dealing with the Russian Mafia have acquired a Hunter.
The Ballas have appalling taste in music.
Extra Ballas will spawn in multiple areas around Grove Street.


She's On Fire -

The Vagos are now in the middle of some sort of meeting with the Columbian Cartel.
Parked outside is also the newly added 'Cartel Cruiser' vehicle.
Vagos are better armed.
Cartel members will also taunt and attack if provoked.
After setting their house on fire, the caffeinated fumes will cause time to fly by...
Denise has reduced health from inhaling the toxic smoke.
After leaving the house, more Cartel will chase you back to Denise's.


Special Delivery -

Shooting the door panel while in a vehicle will cause the Russians to deploy a police stinger.
Forklift drivers will aggressively drive at CJ, with their explosive barrels in rocket range...
Russians and Ballas have better weapons with greater accuracy.
Extra guards (including rocket experts) are dotted around both inside and outside the warehouse.
The arms dealer will now escape earlier, and run faster.
If the arms dealer makes it to his car, a tank will also pursue CJ.
The arms dealer's car is now a faster 'Infernus '86' rather than a Banshee.
The arms dealer has an assault rifle wielding passenger.
The provided pursuit vehicle is a Faggio, instead of a PCJ.
Most health and armour pickups have been removed.
Slight map adjustments to certain areas of the compound, removing easy shortcuts etc.
