#sambelbawang (shallot sambel)
250 gr rawit merah (10 oz of red chili)
250 gr bawang merah (10 oz of shallots)
2 sdm bawang putih goreng (2 tbsp of fried garlic)
1,5 sdt garam (1,5 tsp of salt)
1/2 sdt MSG (1/2 tsp of MSG)

#sambelkecap (sweet soy sauce sambel)
2 sdm sambel bawang (2 tbsp of garlic sambel)
5 sdm kecap manis (5 tbsp of sweet soy sauce)
1/2 sdt lada bubuk (1/2 tsp of ground pepper)
1/2 bh lemon (half a lemon)
