4th Year Bachelor of Arts (Course No-415), Course Title Bangladeshi Dramatized / Group Theater Activities / Ethnic group drama (field work). According to Honorable course teachers Afsar Ahmad's advice the I chose, the contemporary Bengali dramatics in these three parts. It is necessary to write a survey based report based on fieldwork.
As part of the Fourth Episode Bachelor Honors Examination-2005, for the field performance of the drama-1415 titled 'Contemporary Bangladesh drama', join the preliminary discussion with the respected course teacher for field report. Therefore, the course is selected according to the teacher's advice and approval. Manasa Mangal's form of Lokayat is 'Bishahari Pala'.
Although the music of Manasamangal is known to be a powerful form of medieval Bengali drama, it is still present in its features. Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Tangail and Barisal regions of Bangladesh still continue to practice Manasa. As a student researcher, I gradually chose Manshagana groups from remote areas of Rajshahi district after consulting the teacher.
Thereafter, several mansongan teams met in the field. Meet the team leaders and actors-actresses and save some experience. Finally, to select the team of Mr. Gaur Kumar from Talaimari village of Rajshahi, for the purpose of serving 'Bishahari Pala'. We have tried to complete the report of research by collecting data collected and observing the turnaround time.

চতুর্থ পর্ব স্নাতক সম্মান শ্রেণীর কোর্স নং-৪১৫, কোর্স শিরোনাম সমকালীন বাংলাদেশের নাট্যধারা/গ্র“প থিয়েটার কার্যক্রম/নৃ-গোষ্ঠী নাট্যধারা (ফিল্ড ওয়ার্ক)। এই তিনটি অংশের মধ্যে সম্মানিত কোর্স শিক্ষক ড. আফসার আহমদ-এর পরামর্শক্রমে আমি বেছে নেই, সমকালীন বাংলাদেশের নাট্যধারা। যেখানে ফিল্ডওয়ার্কের ভিত্তিতে এ সম্পর্কিত জরিপ ভিত্তিক প্রতিবেদন রচনা আবশ্যক।

চতুর্থ পর্ব স্নাতক সম্মান পরীক্ষা-২০০৫-এর অংশ হিসেবে ‘সমকালীন বাংলাদেশের নাট্যধারা’ শীর্ষক নাট্য-৪১৫নং কোর্সের জন্য ফিল্ড রিপোর্ট প্রদানের নিমিত্তে সম্মানিত কোর্স শিক্ষকের সাথে প্রাথমিক আলোচনায় মিলিত হই। অত:পর কোর্স শিক্ষকের পরামর্শ এবং অনুমোদন অনুযায়ী বিষয় নির্বাচিত হয় মনসা মঙ্গলের লোকায়ত রূপ ‘বিষহরী পালা’।

মধ্যযুগের বাঙলা নাট্যের একটি শক্তিশালী আঙ্গিক হিসেবে মনসামঙ্গল গানের পরিচিত থাকলেও তা স্বীয় আঙ্গিক বৈশিষ্ট্য এখনও বর্তমান। বাংলাদেশের রাজশাহী, রংপুর, দিনাজপুর, টাঙ্গাইল, বরিশাল অঞ্চল এখনও মনসা গানের চর্চা অব্যাহত রয়েছে। শিক্ষার্থী গবেষক হিসেবে আমি কোর্স শিক্ষকের পরামর্শ ক্রমে রাজশাহী জেলার প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের মনসাগানের দলগুলোকে নির্বাচন করি।

অত:পর মাঠ পর্যায়ে গিয়ে বেশ কয়েকটি মনসাগানের দলের দেখা পাই। এ দলগুলোর দলনেতা এবং অভিনেতা-অভিনেত্রীদের সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করে কিঞ্চিৎ অভিজ্ঞতা সঞ্চয় করতে থাকি। পরিশেষে রাজশাহীর তালাইমারী গ্রামের শ্রী গৌড় কুমার এর দলকে নির্বাচন করি সংশ্লিষ্ট ‘বিষহরী পালা’ পরিবেশনের জন্য। পালা পরিবেশন প্রত্যক্ষণ ও পর্যবেক্ষণ করে সংগৃহীত উপাত্তের মাধ্যমে গবেষণা কর্মের প্রতিবেদন সম্পন্ন করতে সচেষ্ট হয়েছি।
