Things to be carried during trekking - 🔦
Jacket
Rain jacket+ waterproof lowers
3-4 t shirts ( quick dry)
Trecking shorts+ lowers(2-3)
Cap ( best is Marino wool cap)
Gloves
Water bottle
Trekking shoes, preferably waterproof ( best ones are high ankle, as you have to walk over boulders for around 8-9 kms.
Medicines- painkiller - Combiflam, Nausea and vomiting - Ondem., foravute mountain sickness - Acetazolamide 250 mg .For loose motions - Norflox TZ.
Socks- 3-4 pairs
