*I follow a low carb lifestyle, so most of what I make for snacks will be made with carb count in mind. And yes from time to time I have a little popcorn, but let me be clear, popcorn is not low in carbs.
My Pizza Crust - 2 cups shredded mozzarella - 1 cup grated parmesan - 1 egg
*You can also make this crust in the oven just as you would a normal pizza crust. I recommend pre-baking at 350 for 15 minutes, then adding pre-cooked toppings, and baking again long enough to melt the cheese.
