Wind load and wind comfort measurements were performed on 1:150 models of two planned buildings (110 and 74m high) called Raiffeisen Buildings in Budapest. To properly model wind in the atmospheric boundary layer, spikes and a grid is used to modify the homogeneous flow coming out of the nozzle of the wind tunnel.
The investigated buildings are made of acrylic glass and contain around 200 pressure measurement holes for determining pressure distribution at the building's surfaces.
