Catherine Sayce is a vivacious young woman with a huge sense of adventure. By her own admission, she isn’t a strong swimmer, and she’s scared of sharks. So, what does she decide to make into a hobby? -Spearfishing! And she doesn’t want to simply shoot a few fish for dinner, she wants to get a big blue water game fish. So Matt takes Catherine to Niue to spearfish in the clearest and deepest blue water in the Pacific. Niue is famous for its big wahoo, one of the fastest fish in the ocean and the most prized eating fish in Niue. The local fishermen however, choose to stay in the boat to catch them. For one it’s easier… and because they’ve seen the sharks! So Catherine has picked on heck of a challenge! #UltimateFishing
