Clothes good for 4-5 days
Robes
Going home outfit

Paper or washable plates, cups and cutleries
Always Depends Diapers or Napkins of choice
Tucks Medicated Cooling Pads or Perineal Ice Packs

Frida Mom Peri Bottle
Breast Pads
Nursing Bras

Bedsheets/pillow case
Charger
PhilHealth MDR form
Marriage Contract

Baby’s Hospital Bag Checklist:
Clothes good for 6-7 days (mittens, booties, hat, top and bottom)
Swaddles 3-4
Blanket 2-3
Towel (if you plan to shower the baby)
Diapers (one pack of 20)
Burp Clothes and Lampins 6-7
Changing mat
