She tested many forms of organization, including disruptive models such as the managerless, self-governed company. After 11 years of experimenting and looking for keys to better cooperation, she made an astonishing discovery: conflict is not the failure of cooperation, on the contrary, it is the key to better cooperation! Conflict is an opportunity! Today she helps companies to trigger positive conflicts and speaks out to share her enthusiasm on this subject.
