Do you fancy something a little different for breakfast or a snack? I discovered these two recipes on trips to the Italian Alps. This is a mid week special!
Muas: 1 knob of butter, 100g finely ground maize flour, 120ml water, 1 litre fresh milk, 240g 'integrale' flour Salt, to taste Sugar, to taste (optional) 75g additional butter for finishing
Chnéffléne with Stewed Apples: 5 eggs,1/2 glass of water
Salt, to taste, Nutmeg, grated, 120g durum wheat flour, 180g 00 flour
1 kilo apples (e.g., Renetta apples) 3cloves 1/2 Cinnamon stick
Sugar, to taste, Butter (for cooking and serving)
