Part 6 if my super duty axle and suspension swap. I finished it a couple months ago and never got around to making this video. I am still wanting to add steering stabilizers sometime. Will be getting my new bumpers this week and installing my PTM grille and headlight bezels.

This project was one of my favorites. But like all good things, they come to an end. I sold the truck to a kid down the road so I could be on to my next project and bigger and better things.

short recap: axles are from a 2007 f250, can also use from an f350 and 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 will work. I'm not sure about 2017 and newer. I also used the radius arms and radius arm brackets, as well as the coil springs, and coil spring perches from the 2007 chassis. They are all bolted to the OBS frame with 1/2" grade 8 bolts. I used a track bar bracket from Absalute diesel, and a Moog track bar. all brake lines are OEM ford. Rear blocks are from Ready Lift, and front 2" spacers are from BDS. If I were to do it again, I would probably use Sky Offroad rear dropped shackle perches to gain the lift I needed in the rear, in order to use a smaller lift block. The wheels are Pro-Comp series 69 polished 17's and the tires are Pro-Comp extreme M/T2's 35x12.50. I did have to put 1/2" spacers behind the bumper to get the tires to stop rubbing at full lock, until I got aftermarket bumpers. With the Absalute bumpers, I could have cleared at least 37's.
