Here are two tips for optimal shoulder growth:

1. **Target All Deltoid Heads**: To develop well-rounded shoulders, focus on exercises that engage the front, middle, and rear deltoid muscles. Incorporate overhead presses (like barbell or dumbbell shoulder presses) for the front delts, lateral raises for the middle delts, and reverse flies or face pulls for the rear delts. This ensures balanced growth and full shoulder development.

2. **Use Progressive Overload and High Volume**: Shoulders respond well to both strength and hypertrophy training. Use progressive overload to gradually increase the weight in compound exercises, and include higher-rep isolation exercises to fully fatigue the muscles. Aim for 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps for strength, and 12-15 reps for hypertrophy to maximize shoulder growth.
