Hey Mama's! This is the exact flow I did to induce my labour naturally using yoga. Whilst yoga can help you to go into Labour naturally remember we are all different and so what works for me might not work for you. Don't be disheartened if it doesn't work. Stay tuned until the end where I share some extra tips with you! This yoga flow to induce labour naturally, assumes you are in your third trimester and near your due date with your baby already in the correct position for a natural birth. I always say to my clients to go into labour with an open mind. We all have a birth plan of course but stay open to things being different to how you expect.
