🥳 HAPPY NEW YEAR FISHY FRIENDS!
My new year ended with a bucket list fish and excited for what 2021 will brings. Let’s all keep our fingers cross. Happy new year! 🤗🥳
Caught my first ever whitefish at Banks Lake!
After more than 5 frustrating hours of sitting on the cold bank of banks lake, trying new methods, different baits, and techniques I finally landed my first ever Lake Whitefish! This was definitely a trial and error fish for me to catch, but once I had everything dialed in I was FINALLY able to hook more fish! And my frustration went away. The most difficult thing was getting the white fishes bite down because it’s such a soft and subtle bite. The other thing was watching all of the pros around me catching fish left and right which added to the anger.
