Maritime Ammonia Insights December 2022 - H2Carrier, IMODCO and CyaNH3

When we hear “offshore energy” we think of oil & gas platforms, or wind turbines anchored out in the sea. We will soon see ammonia production, storage and export assets joining them. In this webinar, we will hear from three companies who pursue an ambition to develop a new offshore industry for low carbon ammonia production. We welcome Philippe Lavagna (Product Account Manager – Terminals for New Energies, SBM/IMODCO), Sebastian Kihle (Chief Technology Officer, H2Carrier) and Puneet Sharma (Founder & CEO, CyaNH3), with the conversation to be moderated by Conor Fürstenberg Stott.

0:00 Welcome from Conor
4:58 Philippe Lavagna - jetty-less terminals for offshore ammonia transfer
12:35 Sebastian Kihle - introducing the P2XFloater vessel
19:23 Puneet Sharma - "cyan" ammonia via a new FPSO vessel design, utilizing stranded flare gas
