A menu I was hesitant to make because I thought it was too raw to make a video!
This is the “Caprese Salad” recipe.

This is really easy to make and looks really good.
I recommend it as a home party menu and as a quick wine snack.

There is also a way to enjoy Caprese salad even more deliciously.

1 piece of fresh mozzarella cheese (150g)
1~2T olive oil
1 pinch of salt

[sauce]
1/2T dried basil
1/2T sugar
4T balsamic vinegar

** optional **
Appropriate amount of fresh basil
