Ingredients for chicken marination

Boneless chicken (cut in cubes) 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Corn flour (2 tablespoons)
Oil 1 tablespoon

Ingredients for Manchurian

Oil 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste (1/2 teaspoon each)
Fried chicken
Chilli oil 1.5 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Tomato ketchup (preferably knorr) 1 cup or 200 grams
Knorr chicken soup stock cube (1 cube dissolved in 3 glasses of hot water)
Green chilli 1-2
Cornflour slurry - as desired

Method

Marinate chicken and deep fry until light golden brown
In a separate pan, take oil. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then add fried chicken along with the spices, chilli oil and ketchup.
Add green chillies.
Take 3 glass of hot water and dissolve knorr chicken soup stock cube in it. Add it to the chicken mixture.
Let the whole thing boil for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
When you reach the desired amount of gravy, add corn flour slurry to thicken the gravy.
Heat up the sizzler and add the prepared gravy to it and serve with rice or noodles!
