Part 2 of AMAZING ASSAM from our HomeMade In India Series.

We celebrated Bhogali Bihu at my friend Ankur Saikia's village Hawfaw near Sapekhati, Assam. We celebrated the festival by having Assamese Sunga Pork (Pork Cooked in Bamboo Tube), Sunga Rice (Rice cooked in Bamboo Tube) and Khorika (Barbecued Pork).

Gurjas and I had the most memorable time travelling through North East India. We will be sharing more stories from this series. Stay tuned for Part 3.
