Warmup (Go to Half Court or Across the Court Go 2 Times Through)
Between the legs Walking
In& Out Dribble
Jab Cross
Misdirection Between the Legs

MIDRANGE
4 SPOTS ( Make 3-5 Each Spot)
Left Corner Baseline Left-Hand Pullup
Left Elbow Extended Right-Hand Pullup,
Right Elbow Extend Left-Hand Pullup,
Right Corner Baseline Right Hand Pullup

Attacking From Wings (Make 3-5 Each drill)
(Right Side Wing) 1 Slide Dribble using the left hand sliding left then 1 attack dribble pullup.
(Right Side Wing) 1 Slide Dribble using the Right hand sliding right then 1 attack dribble pullup at the elbow.
(Left Side Wing) 1 Slide Dribble using the Right hand sliding right then 1 attack dribble pullup.
(Left Side Wing) 1 Slide Dribble using the left hand sliding left then 1 attack dribble pullup.

MidRange Movement (Make 3-5 each Drill)
(Left Side Wing) Starting Outside the 3 cutting to the Foul Line Shot
(Left Side Wing) Starting Outside the 3 moving to the top of the key 1 left-hand dribble pullup.
(Right Side Sing) Starting Outside the 3 cutting to the Foul Line Shot
(Right Side Wing) Starting Outside the 3 moving to the top of the key 1 right-hand dribble pullup.
(Right Side Sing) Handoff Outside 3 1 Dribble pull-up at the elbow
(Right Side Sing) Handoff Outside the 3 going Baseline 1 dribble Pull-Up
(Left Side Sing) Handoff Outside 3 1 Dribble pull-up at the elbow
(Left Side Sing) Handoff Outside the 3 going Baseline 1 dribble Pull-Up

3 CONE Drill (Make 3 Shots on each Side)
Behind the Back Pullup
Between the Legs
Behind the Back attack 1 cone the 2 retreat Dribbles attack the other Side Pull Ups.
Behind the Back attack 1 cone the 2 retreat Dribbles attack the other Side cone Behind the Back.

Three Point Shooting (Make 3-5 Shots Each Drill)
(Left Wing) Start at The Wing Slide to the Corner
(Left Corner) Start Corner Baseline Slide to the Wing
Left Side Cutting to the Baseline for Corner 3s
(Left Corner) Coming Off Down Screen into wing 3
(Right Wing) Start at The Wing Slide to the Corner
(Right Corner) Start Corner Baseline Slide to the Wing
Right Side Cutting to the Baseline for Corner 3s
(Right Corner) Coming Off Down Screen into wing 3

GAME TIME 3s (Count Down 3,2,1 make 3-5 Shots)
