In the final episode of our Bahamas trip, I work with Treasure Coast Aircraft Solutions in Fort Pierce to get a new alternator put in, and then fly home solo after Mruna left earlier to get back to work. I flew my longest leg ever – 605 nautical mile, 5+ hour flight – to get to Knoxville, and then did 2 shorter legs to get home, 3 days after I’d planned, because of the alternator failure. I hope you enjoy this one, and I look forward to sharing future adventures with you all.
I've got a backlog of tons of footage, and I'd love your input on what type of videos to make next. Would you like to see more (shorter) trips and fly-ins? Or would you want to see some videos about the IFR training I've been going through over the past few months? Leave a comment and let me know what you'd rather watch. Thanks!
