In this post, we will test a 24V 200W 3 phase wind generator to charge a 12V battery using a charging relay. We will connect the 3 phases of the wind generator to a 3-phase rectifier bridge to obtain direct current (DC).

Step 1: We test the wind generator to obtain direct current (DC) by connecting it to a three-phase bridge rectifier.

Step 2: We connect the direct current (DC) output to a direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) converter to get 220V.

Step 3: We connect the converter to a 220V to 12V transformer. In this case, the connection will be reversed: the current input will be on the 12V output wires of the transformer, and the output will be on the 220V wires of the transformer.

Step 4: We test the wind generator directly connected to the transformer on two phases of alternating current. Connecting the transformer will be done in the same way as in the previous step: the current input will be on the 12V output wires of the transformer, and the output will be on the 220V wires of the transformer.

We will analyze the results and efficiency of each connection and discuss their advantages and disadvantages.
