Thanks for joining me today ! In this video I will be sharing how I managed to arrange some easy but tasty snacks without any stress at the very last minute for sudden guests at home. I used up everything I had in my fridge that was leftover cooking in my new Cosori Airfryer and turned it into interesting but easy snack ideas with unique presentation. I also tried making a few DIY diyas to use for decor in this video and to also use for upcoming festivals.

Achari Aloo Tikka- Combine 1.5 tbsp mustard oil (see notes), 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp thick yogurt (see notes), 2 tbsp roasted besan, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp minced or grated garlic, 1 tbsp red chili powder (adjust to your taste), 1 tbsp achari masala, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1 tsp amchoor powder (dry mango powder), 1/8 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste (add responsibly as achari masala has some).

Optionally (but recommended) - add 1/2 tsp kalonji (Nigella seeds), 1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds), and 1/2 tsp sauf (fennel seeds).

For this recipe, you'll need baby potatoes (approximately 32, see notes), 1 small bell pepper cut into 1.5” cubes, and 1 medium-sized onion cut into 1.5” cubes.

For Bread Pockets - For this recipe, you'll need a mix of bell peppers in all three colors, chopped onions, optional coriander, optional corn, green chilies or jalapenos (whichever is available at home), grated cheese, a bit of chili flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.

Instant Rabri - Combine 1 and 1/2 cups of milk with 1 to 2 slices of bread (sides cut and ground into a powder, using only the white portion). Add 2 to 3 tablespoons each of condensed milk and grated khoya/milk powder.

All you do is bring milk to a boil along with condensed milk , add the ground bread & cook until it has thickened and add milk powder towards the end. The result is Instant Rabri.

Cheese Corn balls - In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of coarsely ground sweet corn, 2 small boiled potatoes (grated), a bit of grated cheese, salt to taste, a sprinkle of chili flakes, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, chopped coriander, and breadcrumbs. Mix the ingredients thoroughly for a flavorful and textured mixture.
