There is no perfect person in this world, because perfection belongs only to Allah. All humans must have made mistakes in their lives, no matter how small the mistake, if it concerns the relationship between humans and their creator then it is sin. Every sin must have a punishment, and to get forgiveness for the punishment of sin is to make forgiveness. Apart from the sin of shirk, asking for forgiveness by repenting and reading istigfar also has extraordinary miracles and virtues, namely: Bringing good fortune, preventing Allah's punishment, and being forgiven by Allah. Immediately repent and ask Allah for forgiveness, before the punishment comes, may Allah grant all prayers and our petition to Him, and we are saved from the punishment that will surely befall sinful people
