FAITH. SERVICE. LEADERSHIP.

St. Vincent De Paul’s mission to provide a complete educational experience begins on the first day of Elementary School, and goes all the way through College Prep to graduation day.

This unified approach encourages our community to connect with others who value faith and good character, and believe in developing a greater sense of purpose.
We are one community, with one vision, for all students. We are Better Together.
St. Vincent De Paul College Prep, founded in 1918, is a small, coeducational Roman Catholic, college preparatory parish high school.

We are located in Petaluma, California, one mile away from St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and our partner elementary school.

Our school has a strong sense of community and support among our students, faculty and staff. In the 2008 WASC report, our school was described by the visiting team as the “Friendliest School in America.”

There are currently 200 students (grades 9-12) in attendance who come from southern Sonoma County and northern Marin representing 20+ different partner schools. We are a part of the Diocese of Santa Rosa and are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA).
