The following is my critical reflection on Ki Hajar Dewantara's Concept of Thought.
The meaning of the word ing = in Indonesian means = di
the word ngarsa is read ngarso=ngarep in Indonesian means=front
Sung from the word asung = peparing = menehi = weweh in Indonesian means = to give
Tuladha is read as tulodho = example in Indonesian means = to give
the meaning of ing ngarsa sung tuladha is in front of being / setting an example
meaning that as a teacher who is a leader in the classroom, he must be able to be an example for his students
Ing madya mangun karsa
Ing = in middle it is read madyo which means in middle Indonesian
Mangun from the word "mengbangun = to build" means "to build" in Indonesian
The meaning of the word ing madya mangun karso is in the middle of building a will
The meaning for the teacher is that the teacher must be able to hold, embrace his students in togetherness to achieve learning goals
Tut wuri handayani
The meaning is tut from the word atut = katut, which means in Indonesian, follow
Wuri=mburi means in Indonesian behind
Handayani from the word power = strong handayani = nguwati which means in Indonesian to give strength
Tut wuri handayani means behind giving strength
The meaning for the teacher is that the teacher must be able to motivate/encourage students to keep the spirit to achieve learning goals
