Who Am I?
I'm Kristin Collier, a writer, coach, and lover of life. My practice of joy is shaped by 20 years of working with behavior science, nonviolent communication, and our beloved Earth. Supported by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, I experienced a major healing/awakening in 2019. I share my joy practice in online classes, supporting folks in accessing and living their innate joy.

How I filmed this:
I am grateful to have filmed this with the lighting of the sun and a natural backdrop. I am also thankful for my lavalier microphone, iphone Xr, and simple tripod. Nature's soundtrack (not under copyright) may include birds, insects, water, and you may hear an occasional passing vehicle.

I intentionally film this way to capitalize on the splendor of our natural environment. Likewise, I "style" myself little or not at all with the hope of dismantling gender stereotypes and blurring the line between authentic and professional. The weather shows up as it is here in the Pacific Northwest and I'm out in it, celebrating every season. My takes are generally uncut, from start to finish. I'm keeping it real, folks.

I believe we all have something to say. I hope my simple offerings are of value while lowering the bar on technical production so that more people can find a way to express themselves with video online.
