Taylor's been building his E36 BMW 325i for NASA's Spec3 class over the past year or two, and in March 2021, the day had finally come. It was time to graduate past high performance driver education and Time Trial, go through NASA's Competition School, and go wheel to wheel racing in Spec3. Of course, everyone's Comp School experience seems to be fraught with some drama, and Taylor's was no exception. Here's how his day of driving to earn his W2W racing license went down at Virginia International Raceway.
