Mutton shorba/mutton salan/mutton curry/ mutton gravy

Ingredients

1/2 kg goat mutton cut in to medium sized pieces.
Wash the mutton pieces properly with water, drain and keep aside.
onions sliced
1 large tomato.
1.5tbsp ginger garlic paste.
1.5tbsp green chilli paste.
1tsp meat masala.
1tbsp coriander powder.
1tbsp red chilli powder.
Whole spices.
2bay leaves.
1cinnamon.
8-10 black pepper corns.
3cloves.
3green cardamon.
Pinch of mace and nutmeg.
1/4tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
