#majasagar lake is one of the most beautiful and least explored lakes in #Ghizer region of #Gilgitbaltistan region. routes to the lake are not paved and also very less populated so avoid bringing family to such an #adventurous_trip. Its a place for #camping and #trekking so requires a lot of preparations before going for the adventure. #Majasagar is not easily accessible throughout the year because of harsh weather conditions and heavy #snowfall around the lake. Best time to visit this lake is from mid June to late august. Even in first half of june you may experience snow fall and very low temperature as you head near the lake area. The video you are seen was made in 10 july. One of the easy accessible routes to maja sagar lake is from #Bathrait_valley. We started our journey from #islamabad and after a long day drive we reached Gilgit via #KKH. Our next destination was #dahimaal_village which is located in Ghizar district and 4 hours drive away from #gilgit city. Ghizar district's another famous lake is #Khalti_lake which you can see on the way to Dhaimaal. The route we adopted to reach Dhaimaal village was #Gilgit-shindoor road passing through #Gupis and #Gahkuch. If you use local transport you can reach directly to Gahkuch via #Natco Busses from Islamabad. After a 4 hours long Jeep drive we reached at Dhayimaal village. From this point till majasagar lake there is ko proper paved road but you can use #4x4_jeeps for off.road tracks. This valley is no less than one of the pieces of heaven. Environment here is so tranquil that you nearly indulge in its beauty and calmness. Bathrait valley is less explored area that's why you can not find any hotel of restaurant here. But luckily the people here are very great in their hospitality, they are very open hearted and welcomed us in their living place.

گلگت سے چترال رود پر 128 کلو میٹر سفر کرتے ہوے اورگوپس سے کوئی 36 کلومیٹر کے بعد ایک خوبصوت گاؤں دھمال اتا ہے وہاں بیتھریٹ نالہ آپ کے لیفٹ سائیڈ سے نیچےآ رہا ہے اس نالے کے ساتھ اپ نے سفر جاری رکھنا ہے جہاں اپ بتھریٹ ویلی میں داخل ہو جائیں گۓ دھمال سے 50 کلو میٹر آف روڈ کرنے کے بعد کسپورا نالہ آتا ہے یہاں سے جیپ ٹریک ختم ہو جاتا ہے بائیک بھی بآسانی جا سکتی ہے رود کی حالت اتنی خراب نہیں ہے جب آپ دہیمل سے نکلتے ہیں تو راستے میں کافی آبادیاں ملتی ہیں جن میں بلتی ہمرن ،اشکر قابل ذکرہیں۔ جیپ ٹریک تقریبا تین سے چار گھنٹے کا ہے کسپورہ نالہ سے جھیل تک پیدل ٹریکنگ تقریبا 28 کلو میٹر ہے۔ جوسات سے آٹھ گھنٹے لگتے ہیں کسپورہ نالہ سے آپ کو گھوڑا سامان کے لیے مل سکتا ہے۔ جھیل کا راستہ زیادہ مشکل نہیں ہے مگر چونکہ یہ ایریا زیادہ محفوظ نہیں ہے تو بہتر یہی ہے کہ آپ کسی مقامی کو اپنے ساتھ لے کر جائیں۔ اور مقامی لوگوں کے پاس رات گزاریں
جھیل پرجاتے ہوئے راستے میں اپ کو کافی بہک ملیں گی وہاں پر آپ رات گزار سکتے ہیں جو لوگ بلعموم آباد ہیں، بہت اچھے اور مہمان نواز ہیں۔
جب آپ کسی مقامی کے ساتھ ہوں گے تو بالکل محفوظ ہوں گے۔

ماجا ساگر جھیل بتھریٹ وادی، غذر ضلع میں واقع ہے لیکن وادی داریل سے متصل وادی غذر کی کئی ذیلی وادیوں کی چراگاہیں داریل کے لوگوں کی ملکیت ہیں اس لیے یہ جھیل وادی داریل کا حصہ ہے۔
