This is a story we wanted to film for years. We were about to film with the storyteller, Ursula, but then the car accident happened. Considering the difficult circumstances, we had to wait a few more years before we could finally film her story. The suffering that Ursula and her family have experienced over the last few years is more than many families experience in an entire lifetime. What makes Ursula’s story so special though, is how despite her suffering and pain, she remains faithful. And the hardships and suffering have actually deepened her faith. She is an amazing example of trusting in the Lord, even when His plan seems to make no sense.

Hace varios años queríamos filmar este testimonio. Estábamos al punto de empezar a filmar con Ursula, la persona que cuenta su historia, cuando sucedió el accidente. Considerando las circunstancias tan difíciles en este entonces, tuvimos que esperar unos años más para poder filmar con ella. El sufrimiento que Ursula y su familia han experimentado en esos últimos años es más que muchas familias experimentan durante toda la vida. Lo que hace el testimonio de Ursula tan especial es que a pesar del sufrimiento y dolor, sigue fiel. Y las cruces y el sufrimiento han aumentado su fe. Es un ejemplo excelente de confianza en el Señor, incluso cuando Su plan no tiene mucho sentido.
