I marinated in a 2 liter jar.
Garlic - 1 kg.
Marinade:
Water -1 liter.
Salt-50 gr.
Sugar-80 gr.
Soy sauce-4 tablespoons.
Acetic acid 70% 1 - 1 tbsp.
If there is no acetic acid 70%, then can be replace on 9% Vinegar-7-8 UF. phytosterols.

Pickled garlic will be ready not earlier than one month.Store in the refrigerator, cellar, or in a cool room.Shelf life up to 2 years.
